NEW PRE-PAYMENT POLICY: This update to our payment policy will take effect from 1st January 2026. From this date, all treatments will require pre-payment as follows:
NHS Treatments – Band 2 and Band 3 treatments – full payment will be required prior to the commencement of treatment.
Private Treatments – A 50% pre-payment of the total treatment cost will be required before treatment is scheduled or begins.
Hygienist Appointments – Prepayment for all scheduled appointments in advance.
